Professional_ PROPERTY LETTINGS

Professional Property Letting was established in 2009 with the vision of offering both landlords and tenants a proactive and personal approach to managing properties in the Private Rented Sector.

In order to attract the landlords and tenants they were after, we needed to maximise how they applied their branding, focusing on creating a professional, but approachable design. Re-designing their logo was just the start. We delved into their brand colours, tone of voice and tangible assets.

NOT JUST_A PRETTY FACE

Hot pink and turquoise aren’t normally colours you’d associate with a lettings agency, but when used correctly this bold approach not only helps them stand out from their competitors, it breathes new life into a normally rigid and stuffy industry.

A PERSONAL_ APPROACH

PPL offer a proactive and personal approach to lettings, working closely with landlords, tenants and investors. Therefore it was key to mirror this in their branding and touch points, with a personal but professional feel to their copy.

PPL’s social feed is a great example of how the correct use of colour can really create a positive impression. Quite often a property agency’s social feed can be dull and boring however, this is not the case with PPL’s social media channels, which
due to the new branding, now come across as vibrant and engaging.

It was also important that we didn’t compromise the professional aspect of PPL’s business in order to attract the right target audience. Creating the right tone of voice had a big part to play in this.
