URBANE Lettings approached us with the task of re-branding enabling them to grow into the luxury end of the property market.
Building on elements from the old logo, we crafted a new mark which reflected the brand’s sleeker, more luxurious direction.
The new logo was just the start, as we then conducted a full brand overhaul, fashioning new brand colours, typography, imagery and accompanying assets including business cards, social banners, letterheads and brochures.
Even though the re-brand’s directive was to attract a more high end clientele, we can’t disregard their student audience, who are their current main customer base. Therefore their organic socials were mainly targeted at this audience. The updated branding meant both students and professionals felt more secure in trusting the brand.
