Amazonia is a brand born to reflect the desperate need to save our planet. Over 200,000 acres of the Amazon rainforest are burned every day. This translates to 150 acres lost every minute, and 78 million acres lost every year! More than 20% of the Amazon rainforest is already gone, and the remainder is severely threatened as the destruction continues.

The brief was to capture the essence of the Amazon and bring it to the heart of London. Creating a whole brand identity, including packaging and interior design.

Our main goal was to ensure that Amazonia’s sustainable mission didn’t compromise the luxurious design they were looking for.


Drawn from the rainforest’s natural beauty, Amazonia’s store is an immersive environment, featuring skylights and open spaces, encompassed by a jungle of vegetation. This acts as a living and breathing reminder to the customer of the brand’s pledge to the Amazon. The hope is that in creating this connection to the rainforest, the customer will not be able to ignore the issue happening on the other side of the world and will be inspired to help. The branding and packaging we created act as an extension of this environment.


The main focus was to create a tranquil space that provides a breath of fresh air from the busy London streets. The hope is that it will attract both young entrepreneurs who can use the space to work and cafe goers relaxing and catching up with friends.

With this audience in mind, the cafe will serve alcoholic drinks later in the evening, so that the space is used to its full potential. The hope is that the sustainable values will come as a second nature, rather than forcing the charitable message on their customers.
